About Ryan

Back in the UK, Ryan had an engineering background for many years. And got into real estate for personal investments. Bought, renovated, sold units, with the help of his expertise in engineering. Also got into HMOs.

Because of a good understanding of the market, and experience.

He started helping people in the Dubai real estate, and worked his way up to Senior Partner in the company.

With hard work, and the connections built along the way. Ryan now continues to help people invest in the UAE particularly Dubai & RAK.

He handles everything, from payment, to the paperwork. He’s the only guy you have to talk to.

How I helped Garry?

One of my recent clients, Garry, flew out to Dubai to meet me in person. He wanted a property that could serve as both an investment and a holiday home. And when not in use, to be put on short-term let. We met his specific requirements on the amenities for his family. We sat down, discussed his goals, and I walked him through the areas offering the best rental yields, along with key benefits of investing here.

I helped him understand the market, introduced him to trusted developers, and gave him clarity on long-term options like the Golden Visa and business setup. We also went over how to manage and transfer funds from the UK to the UAE smoothly. It was a great experience helping Garry take his first step into Dubai property investment with confidence.

About Ryan

Back in the UK, Ryan spent several years in the engineering field before transitioning into real estate through his own personal investments. Leveraging his technical expertise, he successfully bought, renovated, and sold multiple properties, including HMOs. His hands-on experience in both structural assessment and project management gave him a strong foundation for identifying high-potential investment opportunities.

With a solid understanding of the market and proven investment experience, Ryan naturally began advising others on real estate opportunities in the UAE. His results-driven approach and commitment to client success quickly earned recognition, allowing him to grow within the company and ultimately rise to the position of Associate Director — a testament to his expertise and dedication.

Through consistent hard work and strong connections built over time, Ryan now continues to assist clients in making smart property investments across the UAE — particularly in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah. From securing the right deal to managing payments and paperwork, he handles the entire process personally, making him the only point of contact you’ll ever need.
